Job Purpose:

Responsible to deliver high quality services to our clients.

He is responsible for ensuring that the preparation and dispatching of equipment is complete and is directly responsible for the quality of service delivered at the wellsite, in terms of safety, quality and efficiency of operation is up to standard.

He is in charge of his operating cell and is responsible for the training and development of personnel assigned to his cell and for the maintenance status of his assigned equipment.

Activities

• Control quality of our service during all phases of the operation and to ensure that products of highest quality are delivered to the client.
• Perform all reporting and administrative duties concerning the field operations, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the principles of internal maintenance systems are systematically applied on all tools and equipment of the Location and to keep it in a state of readiness.
• Ensure that the status of all equipment in the Location is reported and kept up to date in the internal maintenance system.
• Ensure that supplies are available at the wellsite to perform the operation.

People Management

• Organize and participate actively in the training of his operators.
• Support the training of JFEs/JFTs and crew assigned to his cell.
• Attend to his personal development by following the company training programs.

HSE&Q

• Promote a culture of safety awareness.
• Ensure his work areas are safe, clean and orderly at all times.
• Follow the company policies and procedures on health, safety and environment.
• Support Management efforts to minimize general HSE&Q risks, and promote respect, understanding and adherence to safety regulations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of the company and client information.
• Make sure journey management completed for each mobilization.
• Take an active part in the company HSE&Q related functions.

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Bachelors of Engineering or Relevant
• 2+ Years Experience in Wireline Logging operations, Preferred from Top 4 International Service Companies (SLB, HLB, WFT, BAKER)
• 10K WHE Pressure Control Certification.
