Job description

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the company's long-term strategic vision and business plans.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including project development, construction, sales, and leasing.
• Financial Management: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company's operations and financial performance.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
