• Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis to evaluate company performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Feasibility Studies: Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for new projects, investments, and business ventures, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and ROI analysis.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets, long-term financial forecasts, and scenario analysis to support strategic planning.
• Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions by conducting financial due diligence and assessing the financial impact on the company.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and recommendations to improve profitability and financial efficiency.
• Strategic Advisory: Support senior management in making informed decisions by providing financial insights, market analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present financial reports, valuation summaries, and feasibility study results to stakeholders, including the executive team, investors, and board members.
