Sales Manager

 Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Healthcare Solutions Business Head with P&L accountability for the Sales verticals with vision for exponential growth
  • Lead the sales team in developing and implementing new product lines growth strategies
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking to make the business a win-win for the Store, the Principal and for ourselves
  • Investigate market needs for innovative products including extensive market research and competitive analysis to include response strategies
  • Support new product introduction programs
  • Manage products through the life cycle, forecast and monitor sales and margin results recommending appropriate strategies and actions
  • Drive product innovations, modifications and extensions
  • Support sales regarding technical aspects of products and applications, developing and presenting training modules for field sales, distributors, customers, and employees
  • Make presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector
  • Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations
  • Analyze sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated
  • Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc

Desired Skills:

  • Career history with leading brands of Medical Imaging Equipment / Medical furniture / Dental Equipment operating within Kuwait or GCC Markets
  • Portfolio size of approximately KD 2M
  • Customer centric and abilities to handle B2B and Government sector
  • Recommended Age Group: 30 45yrs
  • Arabic speaking is a must
  • Holder of valid Kuwait driving license
  • Conversant with Oracle systems
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Confident and dynamic personality
