Activities

• Uphold all the company HSE&Q standards and promote their respect, understanding and adherence.
• Lead in the local HSE&Q programs & meetings with Management Support.
• Control quality of our service during all phases of the operation and ensure that products of highest quality are delivered to the client.
• Perform all reporting and administrative duties concerning the field operations, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conduct Jobs Briefing/Debriefing and other managerial assigned tasks from direct manger.
• Control quality of client deliverable at wellsite and to client data management team.
• Participate in all internal Audits, processes updates and upper management reporting requirements.
• Ensure that the principles of internal maintenance systems are systematically applied on all tools and equipment of the Location and keep equipment in a state of readiness with support of maintenance supervisor.
• Ensure that the status of all equipment in the Location is reported and kept up to date in the internal maintenance system.
• Ensure that supplies/resources are available at the wellsite to perform the all required operations.
• Take the lead to investigate Service quality issues with support of direct manager.

People Management

• Actively lead and support the training of all engineers and crew in his location.
• Follow up on the other engineers personal development by following the company training programs and conducting training and coaching on all engineers levels as directed.
• Conduct Appraisals to Field Engineers and technicians in location.

HSE&Q

• Promote a culture of safety awareness.
• Ensure his work areas are safe, clean and orderly at all times.
• Update rig books and keep other paperwork (z-chart, etc) in good order.
• Follow the company policies and procedures on health, safety and environment.
• Support Management efforts to minimize general HSE&Q risks, and promote respect, understanding and adherence to safety regulations.
• Conduct unsafe act and hazardous situation audits / identification.
• Continuously strive to optimize the safety and efficiency of maintenance procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of the company and client information.
• Make sure journey management completed for each mobilization.
• Take an active part in the company HSE&Q related functions.
