Purpose of the position:

Develop, review and carry out the operations business plan.

Key of responsibilities & duties

• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
• Motivating and supervising employees
• Coordinates and review activities of staff with supervision
• Provide assistance and direction to employees
• Support worker communication with the management and other departments
• Coordinate and manage the ice rink operations schedules
• Direct and oversee monthly maintenance checks
• Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring and reviewing job contributes
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment
• Planning events and competitions
• Designs, coordinates, and implements training programs for personnel within the company
• Performs other duties as required.

Job Requirements

a.) Education qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business, Management, or equivalent. b.) Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years experience as Operations Supervisor or similar role.

c.) Functional Knowledge:

• Extensive knowledge in event management

• Event Planning

d.) Functional Skills & Abilities:

• Well organized and details oriented

• Excellent communications and customer service skills

• Excellent leadership and decision making skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects

• Friendly and confident

• Bilingual skills (Arabic and English languages).
