Sr. Account Manager
- Expertise in Business Analysis, Client Relationship, IT Strategy Planning, Consulting, Bid Management & Negotiation, Account management, Client Reasoning and Customer Retention
- Good Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM/SharePoint / BI)along with Domain expertise in Sales/Mktg. for ERPs & other related IT Services to clients
- Actively involved in Dynamics AX/365 ERP Implementation, Up gradations & Support projects
- Managing larger accounts for up-selling & cross-selling business
- Handled & Equipped with the knowledge of end-end Sales Management cycle to grow high volume business
- Lead/Enquiry generation, proposal submission, Contract negotiation, closure and account mgmt.
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal & team management skills.
- Experience at managing clients & tailoring services as per requirements.
- Adept at designing marketing/promotional strategies to obtain greater visibility in the market
- Client Acquisition and Target Marketing and Penetration Sales Presentations and Closing
- Consultative Sales Style, Strong Negotiation skills, Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
- Team Leadership Project Management
- Excellent Product and Sales Processes Trainer
- Excels in increasing sales revenues, developing profitable and productive business relations
