Job Purpose:

The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. Also, able to identify needs and requirements to promote AK MODERNS Product and achieve mutual satisfaction. Plan and Manage overall operations of  Electronics Division. Contribute in sustaining and growing  Electronic Division to achieve long-term success.

Lead the operations and maintain excellent customer experience 24/7. Take ownership of staffing, service levels, and communication with stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
• Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
• Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
• Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
• Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
• Supervise, coach sales executives and merchandisers on time to time basis.

Requirements:

• Must have a Driving License
• Preferably with electronics industry experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Work Experience:

Proven experience as Head of Sales or equivalent position for at least (6-7) Years.

Language Skills:

Excellent Command in English, Arabic would be an advantage.
