Contractor Quality Control(CQC) Manager

Job Description

  • Prepare and execute the Quality Control Program on site
  • Inspect and perform testing coordination and control
  • Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity
  • Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives
  • Manage and review the submittal register and assist in reviewing the commissioning plan and execution
  • Check material, design, shop and as-built drawings
  • Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Qualification

  • A graduate engineer, graduate architect, or a graduate of construction management, with [a professional engineer registration or a licensed architect ].
  • Those who have current Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification is an added advantage.
  • Must be fluent in reading, speaking, and writing English
  • Must be proficient in project management tools and software,

Experience

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a CQC for construction projects. Those who have worked on US Army projects will have an added advantage.
