Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, improving marketing efforts, and engaging with the online community. The Social Media Manager will oversee the creation of content, monitor social media channels, and analyze performance metrics to ensure that the company's social media presence aligns with its business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored to each platform's audience.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with the company's marketing objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, audience feedback, and competitor activities, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance the company's social media presence.
  • Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify the company's reach and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely updates.
  • Identify and capitalize on trends, hashtags, and events relevant to the brand and its audience.
  • Ensure compliance with social media policies, guidelines, and regulations.
