Property Manager

 Job Description:

Proficient in Excel and writing emails.

Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential properties (buildings and villas).

2. Handle all aspects of tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and addressing tenant inquiries and concerns.

3. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

4. Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.

5. Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.

6. Prepare and review lease agreements, enforce lease terms, and handle lease renewals and terminations.

7. Market available properties to prospective tenants and conduct tenant screenings.

8. Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to obtain competitive pricing.

9. Stay updated on local market trends and rental rates to optimize property performance.

10. Prepare monthly reports on property performance, including occupancy rates, financials, and maintenance activities.

11. Increase our portfolio by signing new properties to manage.

2. Speaks Arabic and English.

Company Information: We currently have a portfolio of 3 residential buildings and 7 residential villas totaling 150 apartments.
