Job Role:

To Lead, manage & assist the Operations Manager in all core functions of Operations Department at the organization according to the best industry practice inline to the organizations business strategies and provide the best support in Defining, implementing & monitoring of Operations Standards, Procedures Staff Trainings, Consistent Guest Satisfaction, and Safety & Security for guests and Staff, Hygiene, grooming protocols and strategy in achieving forecasted revenue targets and Budgets at all zones.

Lead, define, maintain, manage, implement and assist the Operations manager in the following aspects in all zones:-

• Smooth running and cleanliness of the center
• Checklists completion (open, mid & close)
• Standards operating procedures.
• Guest satisfaction (FUN & LEAST approach) & complaints handling.
• Staff Schedule, grooming/hygiene of facilities and staff.
• Disciplinary actions & Staff queries, requests & any issues.
• Career Path, Trainings, development & coaching of staff.
• Safety & Security of guests and staff.
• Inventory & Reports Processes and its submission.
• Direct Coordination with Technical team for any repair/trouble shooting.
• Target achievement.
• Any other assigned task / projects by the Direct Report / Management.

• Any Nationality
• 3 years of experience minimum
