Operations Manager

 Job Description:

Summary:. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring smooth functioning, exceptional customer service, and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize store performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as local regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity through regular audits and stock replenishment.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure proper product placement, visual merchandising, and presentation.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and implement best practices.
