 Job Description:

Tasks and duties

  • Responding to enquiries about an issue, project or service over the phone, in person and via email.
  • Providing information, assistance and support to customers.
  • Logging information about enquiries, issues and complaints.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports.
  • Gathering information about products and services.
  • Performing general administrative duties such as filing, copying, filling out paperwork.
  • Escalating complex issues to management.
  • Assisting in the monitoring of schedules, budgets and timelines.
  • Issuing invoices and reviewing incoming invoices against goods and services provided.
  • Creating and updating customer databases.
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Proficient in both English and Arabic
