Assistant Marketing In-charge

 Job Description:

Job Summary: The Assistant Marketing In-charge is responsible for managing the digital & conventional marketing aspects of the marketing function, websites, promotion advertisement, competition benchmark, marketing materials, staff events, and social media.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
  • Prepare and manage marketing budget
  • Study and Analyze customer feedback and customer service index, recommend solution and action plans to address customers feedback, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Assisting the Marketing In-charge in developing marketing strategy and plan its implementation in line with the business objectives.
  • Participate in designing and implementation of loyalty programs
  • Oversee all company social media accounts
  • Measure and manage online contents
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of account-specific SEO Search Engine Optimization best practices, pricing policies, media assets, inventory and/or pre-orders.
  • Analyzing market trends, industry statistics, market size and market share for company products and recommending changes in marketing tactical plans to increase market share.
  • Planning and overseeing the creation and delivery of all communication materials (online/Offline).
  • Ensuring brand messages are consistent.
  • Deepening the relationships with key accounts and partners to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
  • Planning and executing digital & offline marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Being aware of budget constraints and use cost management processes to control key areas of budget/expenditure and report regularly to the marketing In-charge as part of budget discussions.
  • Briefing and liaising with external agencies, to produce creative and compelling advertising, PR digital and promotional advertising campaigns that will drive footfall and repeat visits to the company.
  • Ensuring online customer engagement, and monitor the response
  • Monitoring market changes and competitor activities and reporting the same to management accordingly.
  • Possess the ability to train others pass on knowledge within the organization

Minimum 5+years of experience in relevant field.

Preferred Arab Nationality with Driving License
