 Job Description:

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for communicating with customers through the phone all the way to receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them in the showroom appropriately.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Communicate with customers via phone/email/walk-in.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about services or product, pricing and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Data entry & bookings in various platforms (Odoo CRM)

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Arabic speaker is an advantage
