We are actively seeking an Automotive Brand Manager for our luxurious car showrooms.

• Must have Experience & Knowledge in Automotive Dealerships.
• Must have the previous Hand on B2B Sales / B2C Car Sales.
• Must possess a strategic vision for short and long-term business development.
• Must have Strong leadership skills and be an expert in team building, motivation and interpersonal relationships.
• Must be a Positive, Collaborative Team Player with a positive attitude.
• Must with People & Time Management Skills.
• Must have Customer Service Skills.
• Must have good comprehensive literacy and numeracy skills.
• University Graduate or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the Automotive
• Strong organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Technology expertise
• Previous CDK Hands-on experience
• Computer Skills (MS Office Excel, Word) Must have an understanding and working knowledge of CRM Systems.
• Bilingual (Native Speaker with excellent in spoken and written English)
• Age: 35-48
• Must have Valid Kuwaiti Transferable residency (18)
• Will report to General Manager
• Will Manage a Team of Sales Executives

Compensation and Benefits: Monthly Salary (Based on experience) + Car + Monthly Incentives based on the target achievement
