Purpose of the position:

Overseas, develop and review the operations activities with plan.

Key of responsibilities & duties
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
  • Dealing with the budget and make financial control
  • Provide assistance and direction to employees
  • Support worker communication with the management team
  • Coordinate and manage operations schedules
  • Direct and oversee monthly maintenance checks
  • Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring and reviewing job contributes
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment
  • Planning events and competitions
  • Overseeing training for staff
  • Performs other duties as required.
Job Requirements


a.) Education qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business, Management, or equivalent. 

b.) Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years experience as Operations Manager or similar role.

c.) Functional Knowledge:

  • Extensive knowledge in event management
  • Event Planning
d.) Functional Skills & Abilities:
  • Well organized and details oriented
  • Excellent communications and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Friendly and confident
  • Bilingual skills (Arabic and English languages).
