Job Synopsis
The Senior Social Media Executive is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and drive business objectives. This role involves creating and curating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated with industry trends to maximize the company's social media presence.
Key Accountabilities by Time
- 20% of time spent on planning and executing social media advertising campaigns.
- 30% of time spent on implementing social media strategies to ensure customer engagement.
- 20% of time spent on Set Campaign objectives and deliver post campaign performance reporting with learnings and actionable points.
- 30% of time spend on creating content and staying up to date with trends for publication across various social media sites.
Specific Tasks
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing objectives. Identify target audience segments and tailor content to resonate with each segment. Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and technologies. Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark against competitors.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content for all social media channels
- (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Monitor and engage with the social media community, responding to
- comments, questions, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively and Foster positive
- relationships with followers and influencers.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Generate regular reports on key metrics, trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and optimize content.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting, and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
- Manage the social media budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Ensure all content adheres to relevant laws and regulations, including copyright and data protection.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and thematic
- alignment.
- Schedule posts at optimal times for maximum reach and engagement.
- Build content calendar delivering on growth, brand awareness, product trial and engagement.
- Working closely with branding team, agency and management to deliver a solid monthly content.
- Manage media booking agency/ PPC (Pay per click) SEO/ CRO
- Manage and execute the online roadmap with the ultimate goal of driving user growth and reducing customer acquisition cost.
- Set Campaign objectives and deliver post campaign performance reporting with learnings and actionable points.
- Community management with the right tone of Voice and build SOP for complaint management system/ suggestions.
- Work in collaboration with agencies and cross-functional teams - Partner with team, product, creative, content, technology to deliver a robust CRO (conversion rate optimization) program.
- Developing in product-activity from users to activate engagement through on page competition, pop-ups, chat/bots, landing pages.
- Own test management and reporting across all initiatives - working closely with the CRO contractor to manage operations of the program.
- Other related job duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
1. Education
Bachelors degree in business administration or any related filed
2. Experience
3-5 years of experience with relevant role and F&B Sector
Proven experience in social media management, with a track record of successful campaign
3. Technical Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions.
Strong Creative skills
Proficiency in Social media platforms and analytics tools.
