Job Description:
- The candidate must have previous experience dealing with UNESCO/UN/NGOs, etc.
- Organize and manage the management's professional and personal activities on a daily basis to ensure the provision of high-quality support.
- Manage Calendars to ensure effective time management, Coordination of activities and prioritization of appointments and rescheduling as required
- Gather and study information on assigned topics, as well as generate reports as requested.
- Organize and set up meetings and working sessions.
- Manage and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including e-mail, letters, and so on....
- Sort, categorize, file, and retrieve data based on content, purpose, user criteria, or numerical order.
- Maintain confidentiality of all documents and information.
