- Answering telephone and handling calls and inquiries professionally
- Greeting visitors and ensuring the highest level of care to clients
- Maintaining the appearance of the reception area and meeting rooms
- Co-ordination/booking of meeting rooms
- Maintaining incoming/outgoing postal logs
- Managing outgoing courier service
- Maintaining cheque collection log
- Provide assistance to the marketing team with arrangements for external conferences and meetings
- Provide assistance to the marketing team with arrangements for social/client events
- Recording and distributing messages to staff
- Dealing with enquiries over the telephone and in person
Skills
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills in both English and Arabic;
- Proactive self-starter with a mature attitude towards work;
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail;
- Strong organisation and time management skills;
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities with a calm and methodical approach;
