Interior Designer

Job Summary:
This role combines interior design expertise with a strong focus on sales to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Sales Consultation:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
- Create detailed design proposals, including layouts, color schemes, and
product recommendations.
- Present and sell design solutions, materials, and furnishings to clients.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of
satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design and sales
process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
and adherence to client specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate
smooth project execution.

* Technical Skills:
- Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD) to create detailed design plans and
presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to offer innovative
solutions.

Sales and Negotiation:
- Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting design
solutions to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to close deals and secure new business.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in interior design with a strong sales
component.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of design trends, materials, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
-Experience in a retail or showroom environment.
-Bilingual
