• Supervise all facilities maintenance in order to ensure smooth and uninterrupted functioning of all facility services, meeting all SLAs
• Oversee the cleaning, security, maintenance and inspection activities to provide better services in the facilities at all time
• Investigate and respond accordingly to any reports of faults, breakdowns to facility equipment and call out contractor, if required, and oversee work done.
• Arrange for general maintenance of facility equipment, fixtures and fittings as necessary.
• Assist Facilities in charge in the procurement of best prices in consumables and non-consumable items, spare parts and inventory management.
• Assuring quality and ensuring enough stock of the cleaning material.
• Secure and ensure the protection of the facility individuals, property and assets.
• Supervise for quality of job completion and oversee the general operations of all subcontractors and tenant fit out contractors
• Coordinate with out-sourced support and provide solution for technical issues that may arise in relation to facility management services in order to proactively resolve such problems on a sustainable basis and ensure uninterrupted delivery of services
• Coordinate, support and assist the Facility in charge in performing duties assigned relation to the smooth functioning of the facility.
• Ensure all relevant safety, quality and environmental policies, procedures and controls are adhered to so that employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude can be guaranteed.

• § Assist the Facilities in Charge in maintaining Health and Safety records for inspection by Emergency Services and Local authority.

• To help the Facilities Manager manage and monitor the effectiveness of service level agreements between FM and customers
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of departmental systems, processes and practices.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:

§ Solid maintenance and facilities management skills.

§ Proficiency in English and Arabic is plus

§ Excellent communication and reporting skills.

§ Customer service skills.

§ Planning and organizing skills.

§ Very good using the Microsoft office.

§ Multi-tasking skills

Minimum Experience:

§ Minimum 5 years of maintenance and building management in a reputed organization.

§ Detailed experience in dealing with Security, Cleaning & Maintenance Systems.

Requirements:

§ Valid driving license in Kuwait is plus

§ Transferable residency.

Salary range 400 to 500 / monthly
