Social Media Art Director

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Generates unique design and promotional concepts that promote the brand position and identity while enhancing the experience for the consumer
  • Follows (and fully empowered to question/influence) creative strategy and brand positioning previously set forth by the marketing department and approved marketing calendars for all current and future operating countries
  • Create concepts and designs keeping UX in mind across countries
  • Participates in the execution of the entire creative process within stipulated time frames
  • Brings strong conceptual, design, type and campaign layout skills to the marketing process
  • Developing ideas that reflect both online and offline activations for a complete consumer experience of the brands
  • Oversees the accuracy and timely completion of their creative work.
  • Acts as a strong contributor and collaborator within the team at any level.
  • Actively pushing new ideas, tech and tactics in the social media arena
  • Creating content in the established style and voice of the brands
  • Developing necessary BTL collaterals and other design-related projects as and when the requirement arises

Required skills and qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience within a creative environment
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in fine art, graphic design, or a similar discipline
  • Exceptional ability in photography and execution of approved mood boards
  • Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of video production
  • Experience in executing events and activations
  • Experience in web development
