IoT Business Development Manager
Job Description:
The IoT (internet of things) Business Development Manager, is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities, and for generating new revenues by working strategically within named key accounts in Oil and Gas Sector towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company targets. This role is sales-driven involving complete multi-level selling within the account.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders within the named strategic key accounts.
- Be the Company's IoT market expert for the region, spotting and capitalizing on trends.
- Proactively develop new relationships across the key accounts in Oil & Gas Sector.
- Build relationships with key people and manage their perception and high expectation.
- Identify new opportunities for business growth and highlight to Director and CEO.
- Establish plans to increase revenues/profit from the existing named key accounts.
- Manage account receivable of the account not exceed 60 days and maximize profit.
- Generate and update weekly pipeline to reflect accurate information to management.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all submitted proposals/tenders.
- Insures meeting or exceeding all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT or telecommunication engineering or a similar discipline
- 7-10 years of business management experience in related industry (IT).
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Ability to write proposals (Technical & Financial)
- Experience in establishing partnerships with global IT vendors
- Proficiency in Sales techniques
- Persuasion & Negotiation
- Sales oriented
- Strong Communication and presentation skills
- Preferably worked in Oil & Gas Sector
- Kuwait National
