Responsibilities

Manages, implements all tasks related to employees and maintains a file for each employee, organizes all employees transactions inside and outside the company

Applies laws, regulations, decrees, ministerial resolutions and instructions related to salaries, allowances, promotions, leaves, bonus, employment procedures, performance appraisal and termination

Ensure all company license are obtained on time with all the required governmental approvals.

Ensure all company licenses are renewed on time.

Organizes and documents the contractual relationship between the employees and company to maintain the right of both parties pursuant to terms and conditions of the contract, applicable laws, and regulations

Follows-up and coordinates the provision of care services like health and social insurance for all employees and proposes the methods of development

Provides comprehensive and specialized consultation to make employees fully aware of policies and procedures of personnel affairs

Manages and organizes staff records and maintains comprehensive data for each employee and maintains the confidentiality of their personal information

Investigates problems of complaints and grievances and follows-up the procedures of salary payment as well as due benefits

Follows-up the application of work attendance system and ensures that coordination is done with department managers regarding deductions and leaves

Reviews employment contracts and ensures that the same is maintained in the system.

Manages staff benefits such as employee information, bank account details, time attendance pattern, salary details, degrees and certificates, etc.

Monitors the time attendance system with leaves and absenteeism on daily basis

Prepares monthly payroll including salary, indemnity and other allowances for all employees

Ensures that all personnel files are maintained in an accurate and up to date manner

Reviews and authorizes the payroll for the employees and forward it to the management
