Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction: Lead the development and execution of the creative vision across all marketing channels, including digital, print, video, and social media.
- Brand Strategy: Ensure consistency in the brands visual and messaging identity across all platforms, guiding the creative team to maintain a unified brand voice.
- Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that increases brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Content Oversight: Oversee the creation of high-quality content for social media, including graphics, videos, and copy, ensuring that it aligns with the brand's creative direction.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of designers, content creators, and social media specialists, fostering creativity and innovation within the team.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience and achieve marketing goals, leveraging both organic and paid strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and creative projects, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms, incorporating relevant innovations into the creative and social media strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative and social media efforts with broader business goals.
- Budget Management: Manage the creative and social media budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
