JOB PRIMARY and KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to create, list and update web English content data.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform variety of tasks in populating and procuring content for the product catalogs on the all blink website.
- Source (including research on the internet), interacting, coordinating with vendor, manufacturers.
- Identify and correct errors / complaints.
- Maintaining records of work received and work performed.
- Complete the assigned tasks of storing information with the help of computers in fixed time duration.
- List items and check and inspect each item listed.
- Monitor and check the quality listing and recommend process improvements.
- Inspect all listing, counter checking for updates, inspections, rejected and expired.
- Provide liaise, coordinate and report with direct supervisor or manage all associated tech technical issues.
- Provide technical support to the division belongs
- Observe and upholds extremely high safety and quality standards.
- Attend and/or conduct seminars, training and workshops as per the company requirement.
- Cultivate smooth interpersonal relationship with colleagues, management and customers.
- Ensure product content accuracy 100%
- lead the translation tasks and work with CS closely
- update supplier daily stock
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluency in English/arabic writing, speaking and listening skills.
- Excellent MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiastic and team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent skills in Excel (Outstanding date manipulation skills, sorting, filtering, v-lookup, macros and other advanced excel functions)
- A diploma or bachelors degree preferably in business administration, secretarial or equivalent
- With 1-3 years of relevant industry or work experienced
- Has commercial awareness.
- Enthusiastic, team player and with a positive attitude.
- People Oriented.
