Receptionist

 Job Description:

  • Answering telephone and handling calls and inquiries professionally
  • Greeting visitors and ensuring the highest level of care to clients
  • Maintaining the appearance of the reception area and meeting rooms
  • Co-ordination/booking of meeting rooms
  • Booking flights/hotels/taxi's
  • Maintaining incoming/outgoing postal logs
  • Managing outgoing courier service
  • Maintaining cheque collection log
  • Provide assistance to the marketing team with arrangements for external conferences and meetings
  • Provide assistance to the marketing team with arrangements for social/client events
  • Recording and distributing messages to staff
  • Dealing with enquiries over the telephone and in person

  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills in both English and Arabic;
