Job Description:
Position Title: Community Builder
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Marketing/Social Media
Reports To: Social Media Manager/Marketing/Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Engagement:
o Regularly post content on our social media accounts, including Facebook,
Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
o Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional
manner.
o Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure a safe and positive
community environment.
Customer Interaction:
o Follow up with customers on social media, addressing their questions, concerns,
and feedback.
o Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve any issues raised by
customers.
o Communicate product information, updates, and promotions to the online
community.
Collaboration:
o Work closely with the sales team to address inquiries that require sales support.
o Relay customer feedback and suggestions to the marketing and product
development teams.
o Participate in team meetings to provide insights and updates on community
interactions.
Reporting and Analysis:
o Track and report on social media engagement metrics and community growth.
o Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to enhance community engagement.
o Prepare regular reports on community feedback and social media performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in community management or social media management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and tools
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Creative thinker with a passion for engaging with online communities.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Customer service experience
