Store Supervisor
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide store staff, providing training, support, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Sales Performance: Assist in achieving sales targets by monitoring store performance, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to improve sales.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience by addressing their needs, resolving complaints, and maintaining high standards of service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the Store Manager to manage replenishment and stock rotation.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the store is well-presented, with appealing displays and accurate signage, in line with company guidelines.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor and improve store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.
- Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and staff by adhering to safety protocols and addressing any potential risks.
- Staff Scheduling: Assist in creating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times and efficient use of labor.
- Training and Development: Support the ongoing development of store staff by providing on-the-job training and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance to the Store Manager.
Education Preference: Graduate & Above-Preferably Bi-lingual
Age: 35+
Nationality: Any Nationality within Kuwait Preferably Indian/Pakistani
