Receptionist

 Job Description:

  • Must have excellent Customer service experience.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, incredible phone and written communication skills, and a cheerful demeanour.
  • Must have hospitality skills, greeting the customers with a welcoming smile, maintaining a professional appearance and directing the customers to the Sales or Service Advisor as per the customers need.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while efficiently and professionally handling phone calls to deliver a positive buyer experience.
  • Ensure accuracy in billing records and sales by maintaining control of the cash chronicle and day-to-day cash flow.
  • Estimate fees, prepare invoices, answer billing inquiries, print receipts, and adjust as needed.
  • Support with general office and clerical duties such as office supply management.
  • Fresh Graduate / Graduate or equivalent mandatory
  • A solid ability to proactively process written and verbal instructions
  • Prefer experience in handling money and payments.
  • Must have basic computer and cash chronicle skills.
  • Bilingual (Native Speaker with excellent in spoken and written English)
  • Will report to Sales/Brand Manager
