Brand Manager
Job Description:
Brand managers are responsible for ensuring that the products, services, and product lines that fall under their domain resonate with current and potential customers. To do so, these professionals continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace. They also regularly meet with clients and senior management, and they oversee a team of junior marketers.
Brand Managers are responsible for more than executing marketing campaigns; they are also in charge of managing and developing P&L and driving the market growth. Strong analytical skills, business savvy, and the ability to multitask are all essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for short as well as long term
· Assisting with product development, pricing, and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
· Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
· Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
· Competitor and customer insights analysis
· Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales
· Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
· Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
· Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors activities
· Monitor Daily Store & Staff Performance and make sure that all stores have healthy stock to assure the best sales performance.
· Prepare a business & Risk management plan before attending any event, exhibition, or any new activity that belongs to our brands to assure the profit of any activity we will attend.
· Send Monthly reports to the Concerned with PSI & SOH= Purchase Sales invoices & Stock on Hand.
· Maintain the Brand level in the market in terms of pricing, competition, and stock levels.

Qualifications:
brand managers must have obtained at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant major and a minimum of five years of marketing experience.
Should Have at least 3 years of Experience in the Retail & Watches Industry.
