Job Summary:

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing dynamic social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and drive traffic for Boutiqaat. This role is pivotal in managing
and optimizing social media campaigns across all platforms while ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand voice. The Social Media Marketing Manager will collaborate with creative teams, influencers, and content creators to
develop compelling content that aligns with the brand's vision and meets key business objectives. This role also involves leading a team, fostering creativity, and driving strategic and long-term planning for social media
presence across platforms.

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities (TDR):

Below is a list of TDRs which must be completed to achieve the objectives of this position:

Strategy Development & Execution:
* Develop and implement an effective social media marketing strategy aligned with Boutiqaat's business objectives, brand identity, and target audience.
* Research and stay up to date on social media trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
* Set clear social media goals, KPIs, and metrics for each social media campaign to measure its effectiveness, regularly assessing performance and adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing, sales,and content initiatives.


Job Description

Content Creation & Curation:
* Lead content creation and curate compelling posts for various social media platforms, ensuring all content aligns with the brand voice and strategy.
Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including images, videos, and infographics, tailored for different social media channels.
* Manage content calendar to ensure timely posts, events, promotions, and product launches.
* Ensure all content is optimized for social media algorithms to drive maximum engagement and visibility.

Community Management & Engagement:
* Build and nurture a highly engaged online community by proactively interacting with followers, responding to comments, and managing customer inquiries across all social media platforms.
* Conduct social listening to identify brand-related conversations and trending topics, integrating insights into the content strategy.
* Monitor online conversations to understand customer sentiment and take appropriate actions to maintain positive brand perception.
* Foster collaboration with influencers, brand advocates, and community members to expand Boutiqaats reach, visibility and brand loyalty.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
* Analyze social media performance using analytical tools to track the success of social media campaigns.
* Prepare monthly reports on social media metrics, providing insights into the effectiveness of strategies, engagement rates, traffic sources, areas for improvement and ROI.
* Continuously assess and optimize campaigns to improve performance and meet KPIs.
* Stay updated on best practices, trends, and tools for social media management, recommending new tactics to enhance Boutiqaat's social media presence.

Collaboration with Marketing & Creative Teams:
*Collaborate with the marketing, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all social media channels.
* Work closely with designers and content creators to develop branded campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
* Align social media initiatives with e-commerce promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches to maximize impact and conversions.
* Contribute to brainstorming sessions and share ideas to enhance brand storytelling and creative contentacross social platforms.

Job Requirements:

Software & Languages:
* Proficiency with analytics tools and social media management platforms.
Experience with paid social media advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.

* Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail, and the ability to adapt content for different platforms.
