Brand Manager

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media platforms.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Oversee content creation, advertising, and promotional activities to maintain a strong brand identity.
  • Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Analyze brand performance metrics, consumer insights, and ROI of marketing efforts.
  • Ensure alignment between brand messaging and business objectives.
  • Work closely with sales teams to support brand positioning and market penetration.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources, and report on brand performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar branding/marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
