Brand Manager
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media platforms.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Oversee content creation, advertising, and promotional activities to maintain a strong brand identity.
- Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations.
- Analyze brand performance metrics, consumer insights, and ROI of marketing efforts.
- Ensure alignment between brand messaging and business objectives.
- Work closely with sales teams to support brand positioning and market penetration.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources, and report on brand performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar branding/marketing role.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
