Sales Manager
Job Description:
- Must have Experience & Knowledge in Automotive Dealerships.
- Must have the previous Hand on B2B Sales / B2C Car Sales.
- Must possess a strategic vision for short and long-term business development.
- Must have Strong leadership skills and be an expert in team building, motivation and interpersonal relationships.
- Must be a Positive, Collaborative Team Player with a positive attitude.
- Must with People & Time Management Skills.
- Must have Customer & Selling Service Skills.
- Must have good comprehensive literacy and numeracy skills.
- University Graduate or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the Automotive
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Experience in the Automotive Industry
- Strong organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Technology expertise
- Automotive Knowledge
- Prefer CDK Hands-on experience
- Computer Skills (MS Office Excel, Word) Must have an understanding and working knowledge of CRM Systems.
- Bilingual (Native Speaker with excellent in spoken and written English)
- Must have Valid Kuwaiti Transferable residency (18)
- Lebanese, Jordanian, and Syrian Nationals
- Will Manage a Team of Sales Executives
- Will report to General Manager/Assistant General Manager
