The IT Manager owns the Group IT strategy and the Odoo ERP deployment programme — the single most important enabler of the Group's operational transformation. The role governs the Odoo platform across all Group entities and modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Field Service, CRM, Quality, Purchase, Inventory), manages IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, and acts as technology business partner to every functional department.

Key Responsibilities

• Odoo deployment leadership: lead the phased rollout of Finance, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Field Service, CRM, Quality, Purchase and Inventory modules across all Group entities.
• IT architecture: define and maintain the Group's servers, network, VPN, backup and security architecture.
• Access & data governance: manage user access rights and data governance across Odoo and all Group systems.
• IT support: provide support to all Group users, with a target resolution time under 4 hours for critical issues.
• Vendor management: manage external IT vendors — the Odoo implementation partner, hardware suppliers, ISP.
• Cybersecurity: own access control, patch management and incident-response governance, targeting zero critical cybersecurity incidents.
• Functional requirements coordination: work with each Department Head to translate operational requirements into Odoo module configuration, coordinating directly with the Factory Manager, Installation Manager, Maintenance Manager, CFO, CPO and Quality Manager.
• User training: train key users ahead of each Odoo deployment wave to drive adoption.
• Odoo Finance module live + CRM within Month 3
• Odoo Manufacturing module live within Month 6
• Odoo Maintenance + Field Service modules live within Month 9
• Odoo Quality modules live within Month 12
• Zero critical cybersecurity incidents across the Group
• IT helpdesk resolution time under 4 hours for critical issues
• User access rights administration across all Odoo modules
• Planned system downtime / maintenance-window decisions
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 8+ years in IT management with hands-on ERP deployment experience
• Odoo technical or functional expertise strongly preferred
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-site environments
• Cybersecurity certification an advantage (CISSP, CompTIA Security+)
• Strong English required; Arabic an advantage
• Technical depth combined with business understanding — able to translate operations into system design
• Project management discipline across parallel, multi-entity ERP rollouts
