A leading Printing, Signage & Events Solutions company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager.

Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Operations/Production Management
Experience in printing, signage, fabrication, or events
Experience managing multiple teams/branches
Strong knowledge of Flex, Vinyl, Acrylic, ACP & Digital Printing
Experience in procurement, vendors, costing, inventory & project delivery
Strong leadership, client communication & negotiation skills
ERP experience required; Odoo is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and production across branches
Lead production, design and installation teams
Manage client projects from quotation to final delivery
Control costs, materials, inventory and wastage
Manage vendors and procurement
Improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
Report directly to the General Manager
