We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Drive-Thru Order Taker to join one of the fast food restaurants in Kuwait:  

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders from customers in their vehicles.
• Accurately enter and communicate orders to the kitchen team.
• Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
• Deliver orders to customers when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow company standards.

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak Arabic and English fluently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional, and well-presented.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, drive-thru, or customer service role is preferred.
