System Administrator (Enterprise Systems)
Job Description:
Overview:
The System Administrator will support and maintain our Salesforce ecosystem and adjacent technologies (Domo BI, Microsoft 365, Intune, MuleSoft, and other enterprise systems). This role ensures stability, security, and scalability of the companys cloud infrastructure and integrations that enable clinical, operational, and analytics workflows across a global user base.
This position will be instrumental in managing user access, system performance, and cross-system integrations while collaborating with onshore technical teams to support a 24/7 healthcare operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Platform Administration
- Manage user provisioning, role hierarchies, permission sets, and SSO configurations.
- Maintain Salesforce orgs, sandboxes, and metadata including object schema, validation rules, and automation flows.
- Oversee data hygiene, deduplication, and data import/export processes using Data Loader or APIs.
- Schedule and monitor daily/weekly system health checks and backups.
- Support CRM integrations (e.g., Outlook, HubSpot, Domo, MuleSoft APIs).
Systems Integration & Middleware
- Support end-to-end integrations between Salesforce, Kinnser/WellSky, CarePort, and Microsoft environments using MuleSoft or custom APIs.
- Troubleshoot integration failures across Domo, Paylocity, and cloud-based data pipelines.
- Collaborate with the Data & Integration Manager to maintain secure data synchronization across platforms.
Microsoft & Enterprise Environment
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Intune environments, managing identity, devices, and endpoint compliance.
- Maintain Azure AD connectors and SSO configurations for Salesforce and Domo.
- Support JumpCloud and Workspace ONE (if applicable) for remote device management and access control.
Security & Compliance
- Enforce HIPAA and SOC 2aligned data security standards across all platforms.
- Monitor audit logs, suspicious access attempts, and user anomalies.
- Manage MFA enforcement, encryption protocols, and compliance documentation.
Operational Support & Automation
- Maintain automation scripts (Python, PowerShell, or Flow) to optimize repetitive admin tasks.
- Monitor system queues, dataflows, and job schedules for failure prevention.
- Create and maintain internal IT documentation and SOPs for offshore/onshore alignment.
Qualifications:
Required
- 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (preferably in Healthcare or Enterprise SaaS environment).
- Familiarity with Domo or equivalent BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD, or Intune environments.
- Knowledge of APIs, data integrations, and middleware (MuleSoft or similar).
- Strong understanding of role-based access, audit logging, and data protection best practices.
Preferred
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator.
- Experience with healthcare systems (e.g., Kinnser/WellSky, CarePort).
- Scripting ability (Python, SQL, PowerShell).
- Prior offshore or distributed team experience.
