Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional B2B Onboarding Specialist to join our team!

This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of new companies into our Advisory Board Program. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a basic understanding of business operations, and the ability to engage with founders and CEOs professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new companies joining our Advisory Board Program.
  • Communicate effectively with founders and CEOs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Follow a scripted communication plan to provide consistent and professional information.
  • Understand and articulate the core functions and benefits of the Advisory Board Program.
  • Address any questions or concerns from new companies during the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and onboarding progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of business operations and core functions.
  • Ability to read and follow a script while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email platforms).
  • Prior experience in a customer service or onboarding role is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Professional and courteous manner when dealing with high-level executives.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.

Work Schedule: Night Shift
