Overview:
We are a company seeking a Data Entry Specialist with excellent communication skills and experience in data analytics that can help automate our QAPI reports. The successful candidate will directly report to the Technical Project Management Assistant/Officer and will have the technical proficiency to work with various supportive software such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, Muro, and possess data entry and data analytics experience to maintain dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
Automate QAPI reports
Utilize software platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, and Muro to facilitate project coordination and collaboration.
Employ data analytics to help develop and maintain dashboards, providing meaningful insights to stakeholders.
Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, utilizing essential functions like VLOOKUP and advanced features like pivot tables and charts to analyze project data effectively.
Assist in preparing PPTX reports to communicate progress, milestones, and outcomes to key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Technical proficiency in software platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, and Muro.
Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to build and maintain dashboards to provide valuable insights.
Proficiency in Excel, encompassing essential functions like VLOOKUP and advanced features like pivot tables and charts.
Experience in generating PPTX reports is required.
Willingness to work the night shift and on weekends
