Job Description

Are you interested in engaging with online communities and helping to maintain a positive environment? The EMG Community Management Admin plays an important role in fostering a welcoming and engaging online presence for our brands. If you have strong reading comprehension skills and enjoy interacting with people online, this could be a great fit for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and moderate website comments to ensure they align with our community guidelines.
  • Engage with website users by responding to comments, questions, and concerns in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Provide customer service by resolving issues, offering solutions, and ensuring users feel heard and supported.
  • Share valuable user feedback with internal teams to help us continually improve our products and services.
  • Stay connected with the team via our chat app and contribute to team meetings and discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong English writing and communication skills.
  • Candidates with at least 6 months of BPO experience are encouraged to apply!
  • Excellent reading comprehension skills, with the ability to quickly understand and respond to conversational English.
  • A general understanding of American culture to effectively interpret context and nuances in comments.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Bonus Experience (Not Required):

  • Experience in community management or customer service.
  • Familiarity with moderation tools and online community platforms.
