Content Moderator (Day Shift)

 Job Description:

Position Summary:

As a Content Moderator, you will report to the Team Manager and will be the primary point of contact for our hirers and candidates with a strong focus on Customer Service and Content Moderation, working with teams across Asia, Australia and beyond!

Responsibilities:

Your duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Attend to online enquiries and feedback in a timely manner (24 business hours)
  • Verify newly registered hirer accounts (50 minimum) on a daily basis
  • Moderate the content of proprietary job ads
  • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders including working alongside the Product team providing customer insights and data
  • Contribute to building a better online optimizing experience to our users
  • Provide support across multiple English-speaking countries
  • Focus on Community Management including user feedback
  • Join and contribute to weekly team meetings
  • Conduct outbound calls, when required

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of continuous customer service experience in a BPO company
  • Experience in quality control/assurance processes an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work full time
  • Willing to work on-site (Cebu IT Park, Cebu City)
  • Willing to work on weekends
  • Can start ASAP
