Responsibilities:

  • Prefilling of physicians order

  • OASIS Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Recertification and Discharge based on clinicians assessment

  • Creating authorization for clinicians

  • Ensuring clinicians patient charts follow established policies and procedure guidelines

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

  • Must be a Registered Physical Therapist with a valid PRC license

  • Clear speaking voice

  • BPO experience not required

  • Good English communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Ability to exercise initiative and independent clinical judgment

  • Ability to work with individuals, to enlist the cooperation of many people to perform/achieve a common goal

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Strong computer skills - accurate typing & spelling is essential to this role.

  • Energetic, fun, and confident personality

  • Looking for a long-term position

Work Schedule: Day Shift (5am-2pm)*

*subject to change depending on operational needs
