Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and strategic Performance Marketing Social Media Manager to join our clients Creative Team. This role is perfect for someone who loves digging into the metrics just as much as crafting compelling content and knows how to turn clicks into conversions!

What You Will Do:

Strategy & Execution:

  • You will develop, implement, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) with clear
  • performance goals (CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
  • You will manage organic social media strategy to boost brand presence, engagement, and community growth.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure all assets are optimized for performance and aligned with brand voice.

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Run A/B tests and continuously refine targeting, creativity, and copy to maximize ROI.
  • You will stay ahead of trends, audience preferences, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep campaigns competitive.

Collaboration & Growth:

  • You will partner with internal teams to bring campaigns to life and align them with business objectives.
  • Research competitors and industry benchmarks to uncover growth opportunities.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid social, or growth-focused social media management.
  • Conversion Champion: You have a proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Targeting Pro: You have a strong understanding of social media algorithms, targeting strategies, and attribution models.
  • Data Decoder: You have an analytical mindset with comfort working in dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Design-Savvy: You have a creative eye for engaging content, ad copy, and visual storytelling.
  • Bonus Points: You have experience in lead generation, affiliate marketing, or multi-channel campaign management.
