Department: Private Wealth

Reporting To: Manager
About the Role
Join a welcoming and supportive Private Wealth team where you'll play a key role in administering a diverse portfolio of client structures. This position offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, while gaining hands-on experience across trust and company administration.
You'll be responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and high-quality administration, ensuring excellent client service at all times.
With the support of your manager, you will be expected to:
- Record your time daily with accurate entries
- Meet the utilisation target (currently 85%)
- Effectively manage your work-in-progress (WIP) and minimise write-offs
- Be working towards, or hold, a Table 5 qualification
- Client Administration
- Administer a portfolio of trust and company structures
- Maintain high standards of administration, including preparation of reports and analysis
- Draft and prepare documentation such as minutes and resolutions
- Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and professional advisers
- Attend client meetings with senior colleagues
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Deliver a consistent and seamless client experience
- Maintain strict client confidentiality
- Support additional tasks as required by management
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Studying towards, or holding, a Table 4 qualification
- Working knowledge of the relevant regulatory framework
- Previous experience in trust and company administration, or within financial or legal services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
- Studying towards, or holding, a Table 4 qualification
