Job Responsibilities:

  • This role will be responsible for acting as escalation and triage point for all Service Desk Analysts as well as evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies that enhance delivery capability. Additionally, you will also participate in cross-functional projects and assistant with the development of corporate policies and procedures.
  • ​The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in technology service delivery and/or support within the finance industry as well as excellent people management, prioritisation and organisational skills. Experience with ServiceNow would be advantageous.
