Clinical Assistant/Receptionist

 Job Description:


Personal and clinical assistant with reception and administration duties 

Purpose of the role:

To support the running of the Clinic by fulfilling a broad range of responsibilities as detailed below.

Main responsibilities of the role:

Ensuring the diary of the Clinic is efficiently and effectively run, ensuring adequate and appropriate scheduling of appointments in accordance with  requirements.

Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, and mail, prioritizing and redirecting as necessary. Meeting and greeting patients at the clinic.

Ensuring all customer record keeping is accurate and up to date and easily accessible.

Ordering and maintaining stock of products to the required level.

Carrying out the application of procedures prior to treatment if requested, preparing for procedures, supporting aftercare and emergency support.

Collating and sending accounts to customers where required and processing payments and transactions.

Processing clinic and patient invoices and payment arrangements in a timely manner and process accordingly.

Dealing with any administrative duties, complaints, queries, returns, etc. to ensure the clinic operates effectively.

Complete ad-hoc tasks and personal errands as required.

Supporting new colleagues and guiding them through the procedures and processes of the Clinic.

Maintain a clean and tidy environment at all times.

Helping with filming of content for social media.

Maintaining the confidentiality of the customers of the  Clinic is essential.
