 Job Description:

Job summary:

Ensure that all client and entity reviews are completed in accordance with procedures and specified timescales.

Job accountabilities:

Entity Reviews

Undertake reviews in accordance with policy and procedures including:-

  • Potential Business review
  • Initial Reviews
  • Periodic Reviews
  • Property Reviews
  • Exit Reviews
  • Unlisted Investment reviews
  • Ad hoc reviews where a specific purpose has been identified and requested by the business

Action Points arising

  • Raise Review Action Points in a clear and concise manner
  • Identify trends that lead to Action points being raised
  • Highlight training and development needs
  • Consider amendment to procedures as required
  • Resolve Action Points where required by the business
  • Assist with documenting the management of ongoing complex Action points and other issues
  • Populate data pages with data and information as required

Registers

  • Maintaining registers of reviews with accurate data
  • Update closing data as required
  • Maintain property register
  • Ensure all property management deficiencies are raised and monitored until conclusion
  • Maintain accurate data for internal and external reporting purposes

Training

  • Provide training to new entrants on Acumen Review Process and Action Point clearance through Acumen tasks modules
  • Assist with training and development of administration staff on an ad hoc basis

Project Work

  • Assistance with internal improvement initiatives
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of risk frameworks for internal and external regulatory reporting purposes
  • Drafting / updating policy & procedures in line with improvement initiatives
  • Minimum education and experience
  • The post-holder must possess relevant experience obtained in a trust and company environment.
  • Possession of a certified ICSA/STEP qualification is desirable or a willingness to obtain one.
